Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days after the order has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
To request a return, please contact us at ebayymt@163.com with your order number and the reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
Items missing original packaging, accessories, or parts
Items returned without prior authorization
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
If the return is caused by a product quality issue or our shipping mistake, we will provide further instructions after reviewing the case.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at ebayymt@163.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel.
